Lip Cool is intended for use in Lip products only and cannot cool the skin.
Must be dissolved in water or Glycerin or any type of Glycol if you mix it in oil formulas such as Lip Stick, Lip Balm must be soldered. For products in stick or balm form, it is recommended to use Water Balm Maiden
Use: used in lip formulations
Mixing method: mixed in the oil-phase
Usage rate: 0.05-0.5%

Solubility:   Soluble in oil or propylene glycol, butylene glycol.
