How to Mix Concentrate flavor
First you need ot diluate with PG/Vg first , the Mix ratio is 5%-8%, no matter mint flavors, Tobacco flavours, Fruit
concentrates.....the same dilution ratio， For Russian the ratio may need more 8%-12% After the liquid is ready don't v it inmadiatly, it tastes much better if you keep stocking it for around 2 weeks.
